I work with founders, studios, brands and teams who are capable, creative and driven, but stretched. Often they already have agencies, partners or initiatives in motion. What they are missing is someone senior to bring it all together.

I step in to organise thinking, align people, simplify communication and ensure work actually moves forward. This can look like execution planning, agency coordination, campaign refinement, operational support or simply being the calm point of accountability when everything feels busy or unclear.

About Lauren Chua
I’m Lauren, founder of Studio LC.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked across marketing, partnerships, insurance, media, hospitality, fitness, retail and creative businesses. I’ve operated inside large organisations like Qantas Loyalty, Nine and AANA, as well as founder-led and fast-moving environments where structure often has to be built on the fly.
That breadth is what shapes how I work.
I understand how strategy, marketing, operations and communication intersect in the real world. I know what it feels like when agencies are involved, timelines are tight, and everything somehow lands back on the founder.
My strength is creating clarity in the middle of that. Organising complexity. Improving communication. Helping people move forward with confidence.
Studio LC is not about replacing your team or your agencies. It is about supporting them, aligning them, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
